Touch-Ground

Artist: Marlot Meyer

Heden presents Marlot Meyer’s new interactive experience Tounch-Ground.

Touch-Ground is a life form, a living experience, encompassing technology, humans and nature. A new ecosystem which is not structured by hierarchy or dominance but by emergent behaviour patterns observed in flocking animals and stock markets.

It exists as one big organism following the biological characteristics of life: it is composed of cells, exchanges matter and energy with its environment, it maintains homeostasis, has a metabolism, grows and responds to stimuli.

Touch-Ground is a shared learning experience between humans, technology, and the elements air, water, fire, and earth which attempts to teach a form of communication and awareness which should come natural to us but that we may have forgotten.
